Tom Brady has reportedly put his $150 million ‘Billionaire Bunker’ mansion back on the market, with sources claiming he can no longer bear living near his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen and her new family.
Brady and Bündchen, who were married for 13 years before finalizing their divorce in 2022, originally purchased the property on Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Island with the intention of building their dream home together. However, following their split, the Brazilian supermodel moved on with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, and the couple recently welcomed a child together.
Now, sources say Brady is eager to sell the massive estate because of its proximity to Bündchen’s $11.5 million home, which sits just across the canal.
“Every time he looks out across the water, he sees Gisele’s refurbished home and perfect life with her martial arts hunk and their new baby, and it gets him down,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
Although the construction of Brady’s mansion was completed after their divorce, Bündchen was heavily involved in the original planning stages when it was meant to be their shared marital home. According to reports, the house still bears many of her design choices and personal touches, which serve as a constant reminder of their past together.
“He can’t take it anymore,” the source continued. “He wants to sell the house. It reminds him of Gisele. She was the one who dominated the remodeling, and it’s her style, her personal touches. He still feels her nuance everywhere.”
Brady reportedly has no plans to leave Miami altogether but instead wants to relocate to a part of the city where he can find more peace and privacy.
The former NFL star had initially invested heavily in making the Indian Creek Island property his ultimate post-retirement retreat, outfitting it with luxury amenities such as a private boat dock, a pickleball court, and even a vegetable garden. However, it appears that the emotional weight of its connection to Bündchen has overshadowed its appeal.

Inside Indian Creek Island – The Exclusive ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’
Indian Creek Island, often dubbed “Billionaire’s Bunker,” is one of the most secure and sought-after residential areas in the country. The 300-acre island is home to only 34 estates, each valued at a median of $20 million. With its high-profile residents, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, the island boasts 24-hour security by land, air, and sea, with access restricted to a single guarded bridge.
Brady and Bündchen originally purchased the land for $17 million before investing an additional $10.12 million in construction costs. According to blueprints obtained by the New York Post, the home was initially planned to span 17,000 square feet. However, after their divorce, Brady modified the design, expanding the property to approximately 20,200 square feet to accommodate his vision of a luxurious bachelor pad.
To fund the transformation, The Post reported in 2023 that Brady had taken out a $35 million construction loan. However, with his growing discomfort about living so close to Bündchen, it appears he is ready to walk away from the estate entirely.

Brady’s Personal Life and Struggles After Divorce
Since his split from Bündchen, Brady has found it challenging to re-enter the dating scene. The 47-year-old father of three shares daughter Vivian, 12, and son Benjamin, 15, with Bündchen, while also co-parenting 17-year-old son Jack with actress Bridget Moynahan. Between his commitment to fatherhood and his new career as an NFL commentator for Fox Sports, sources say he has struggled to find the time or energy to fully invest in a new relationship.
“Tom would love to date more, but he is busy and very focused on his first year of being a commentator,” an insider told DailyMail.com. “It is easier to be single right now.”
Still, reports surfaced last month that Brady had rekindled his romance with supermodel Irina Shayk, whom he was previously linked to in 2023.
A Cryptic Message Amidst Major Life Changes
Following news of Bündchen and Valente welcoming their baby in February, Brady posted a cryptic message on his Instagram Story about love, relationships, and finding beauty in others.
“I really think the secret to being loved is to love,” the post read. “And the secret to being interesting is to be interested. And the secret to having others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend.”
Brady added his own brief reaction, writing, “Love this.”

What’s Next for Brady?
With his mansion now on the market, the next step for Brady is finding a new home—both literally and figuratively. While he remains committed to his career in broadcasting and raising his children, his future in Miami may soon look different.
Whether he finds solace in a new property away from reminders of his past or rekindles a new romance, Brady appears ready to move on from the chapter that Indian Creek Island represents in his life.
