New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge and his wife, Samantha Bracksieck, are set to welcome their first child—a baby girl, Page Six can exclusively confirm. While the couple has remained famously private about their personal life, this news offers a rare glimpse into the next big chapter for the longtime sweethearts.
A Longstanding Romance
Judge, 32, and Bracksieck, 31, have been together since their teenage years. They both attended Linden High School in California, where they first met, and went on to study together at Fresno State University. Their strong connection stood the test of time, culminating in a Hawaiian wedding ceremony in December 2021.
Despite never publicly announcing their engagement, the duo officially tied the knot at the Montage Kapalua Bay resort in Maui. The event was attended by a handful of Judge’s Yankee teammates, including Gary Sánchez and Gleyber Torres, providing a rare window into the couple’s otherwise low-profile relationship.
Keeping Things Under Wraps
Although Judge and Bracksieck typically avoid sharing much about their personal life on social media, fans began to speculate about Bracksieck’s pregnancy when she was spotted with a baby bump back in October. Representatives for both Judge and the Yankees have not responded to multiple requests for comment, but sources close to the couple confirm they are indeed expecting a daughter.

A Bond That Helped Seal the Deal
While Aaron Judge’s focus on the field has made him one of Major League Baseball’s most recognizable stars, Bracksieck played a crucial role off the field in securing his nine-year, $360 million contract extension with the Yankees last December. In a candid conversation on the “Casa De Klub” podcast in July, Judge recounted how Bracksieck encouraged him to reach out directly to Yankees owner Hal Steinbrenner when negotiations were stalling.
“Sam and I were headed to Hawaii to celebrate our anniversary. We had a flight at 8 a.m., so 2 o’clock in the morning, 3 o’clock, we’re just staying up … we’re going back and forth about different offers from different teams. ‘What do you want to do?’ And I’m telling her, ‘I want to stay in New York. I don’t want to go anywhere else,’” Judge recalled.
“The conversations with New York really weren’t going anywhere. She was like, ‘Call Hal. Just call him up. Tell him how you’re feeling. Tell him what you think.’”
Bracksieck’s suggestion proved invaluable, leading to Judge’s massive deal with the Yankees and his appointment as the team’s 16th captain. The six-time MLB All-Star admitted he was left speechless when he discovered he would be assuming the captaincy—more so than when he heard the details of his hefty contract.
“Sam was hitting me like, ‘You gotta be saying something!’ It was special,” Judge said with a laugh.
Looking Ahead
With Judge’s on-field achievements and Bracksieck’s supportive role behind the scenes, the couple is now gearing up for their biggest milestone yet: parenthood.
While fans may not see every detail of their growing family, the excitement around their baby girl’s arrival marks a new chapter for one of baseball’s most beloved stars and the partner who helped keep him in pinstripes.
Whether Judge is hitting home runs at Yankee Stadium or navigating life changes at home, it’s clear he won’t be doing it alone.
Bracksieck’s influence, both on his career decisions and now with their baby on the way, highlights the solid foundation they’ve built—one that shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
