Bill Belichick’s relationship with 24-year-old former cheerleader Jordon Hudson has become a major talking point in recent weeks, drawing both curiosity and criticism from fans and media alike. Belichick, now 72, began dating Hudson in early 2023, not long after ending his 16-year relationship with Linda Holliday.
The couple initially kept their relationship under wraps, but rumors started swirling after they were spotted together at public events, including Tom Brady’s Patriots Hall of Fame ceremony. Eventually, the pair decided to make their relationship “Instagram official,” confirming what many had speculated.
With Halloween in full swing, a photo of Hudson’s costume made its way across the internet. She decided to dress up as Belichick, wearing vintage New York Giants gear in a nod to his time as the team’s defensive coordinator from 1985 to 1990. The playful homage to Belichick’s past added fuel to the buzz surrounding their relationship.
On Wednesday night, former NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick took notice of Hudson’s Halloween costume and couldn’t resist taking a jab at Belichick’s romance with Hudson. Fitzpatrick, known for his candid takes as an analyst for Prime Video, made a sarcastic comment on social media, saying, “For all you 48-year-old hopeless romantics out there, just think your future person may not even be born yet.”

Neither Belichick nor Hudson have responded to Fitzpatrick’s post, and it seems unlikely they will. For now, it’s probably best for the couple to ignore the noise and continue to enjoy their relationship out of the public eye as much as possible.
Hudson has her own impressive background, with a journey that started in competitive cheerleading. She competed collegiately for Bridgewater State University before joining the East Celebrity Elite cheer squad.

According to reports, Belichick and Hudson first met on a flight from Boston to Florida back in 2021. It seems that there was an immediate connection, one that eventually grew into a public relationship.
Despite the significant age difference, the two have continued to defy expectations, choosing to focus on their connection rather than outside criticism.
Only time will tell if Belichick and Hudson’s relationship is built to last. The scrutiny is certainly there, with some people quick to criticize their age gap or make jokes at their expense.
