It was an ordinary day for a group of rescuers when they suddenly heard a girl with a panicked voice draw everyones attention
They looked to see what caused her to be in such distress but then they suddenly realized it There was a dog lying below the bridge
Nobody understood how he even ended up in this position They assumed that he must have been thrown there
He was stuck near one of the pillars and the rescuers realized that they had to devise a plan to help him

The area around the puppy was extremely dirty and the water was muddy He wasnt even moving The only thing they could hear were his quiet cries
They examined him from a distance and realized that he was probably injured He was wearing some kind of vest and quietly whining
When the rescuers went in a boat under the bridge and got to his location He immediately became really scared
He didnt know these people or their intentions Regardless they slowly approached him and he didnt resist much
I guess he suspected that this was his only chance of getting out of that dirty place They carefully placed him on a boat and took him to a nearby shore

Absolutely every rescuer got involved and they were quick to transport the puppy to a car He was a bit confused and scared but knew he was safe
They took him to a clinic where he would receive a thorough examination Judging by his clothes he must have an owner somewhere but nobody knew where to look
The vets carefully took off his clothes and then realized that one of his legs was injured He was in serious pain
Meanwhile one of the rescuers decided to find out his story The woman looked for surveillance around the area where the dog was dumped

Later she found that the pup indeed had an owner who had taken him there two days before He was thrown from the bridge It was hard to tell who it was but what that person did was heartless
The Xrays revealed that he had broken bones in many different places They performed surgery on him but one of his legs could not recover
He ended up getting necrosis in it and the vets had to amputate it to keep him safe While its incredibly unfortunate that they had to do this it was the only way
Even after the surgery was performed and he was starting to recover this pups mental health was seriously affected by this tragedy

He didnt do anything for days and would barely eat anything His rescuer wanted to figure out a way to help him deal with his problems
While he was still wary of humans he liked the presence of other dogs so the woman decided to introduce him to a few new friends
When this happened he slowly started coming out of his shell It was really heartwarming His rescuer named him Nemo
She decided that he would stay with him They were going to start their new journey together and this sweet pup would get a new chance to be with someone who wouldnt ever betray him
