THE Miami Dolphins have suffered another major injury blow – with one of their top stars out for the entire season.
The AFC East team have had a rough start to the 2024-25 NFL campaign, falling to 1-3.
They have had a number of injury concerns, along with issues off the field including Tyreek Hill’s controversial arrest.
Superstar quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered another concussion in a Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills.
There have been calls for him to retire, with the head injury the fourth one he has already had in his short career.
However, the 26-year-old is understood to have made the decision to continue playing in the NFL.

And now the Dolphins have been hit with the devastating news of Jaelan Phillips being out for the season.
It is the second campaign in succession the edge rusher has been hit with a possible career-threatening injury.
The 25-year-old announced on Thursday he had torn his ACL and it will require reconstructive surgery.
He also posted a statement on his social media accounts, thanking Dolphins fans for their support.
