The Cocker Spaniel named Rosie her mother Jessie and her seven siblings came to the WNRSPCA charity via the inspectorate
According to that same charity these poor dogs were saved from a life of unimaginable pain Although they do not know the details they are sure that the level of cruelty toward these canines was very high
As you can imagine it wasnt a good situation Center manager Emily Cole told Newsweek They had no socialization training and they were not house trained either They came into us via an RSPCA inspector and all nine were truly terrified of people and the outside world
All the dogs were in very bad condition both physically and mentally when they first arrived but one dog named Rosie was by far the worst
