Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit filed in New York, where a woman identified as Jane Doe claims that he drugged and sexually assaulted her over a four-year period starting in late 2020. The lawsuit details a disturbing pattern of abuse, including instances where the woman alleges that Combs engaged in sexual acts with her while she was unconscious after being drugged, specifically with ketamine.
The legal complaint states that the sexual encounters were filmed without her consent and that she was pressured into group sex with others. Following a reported pregnancy, an associate of Combs allegedly harassed her to terminate it, and she later suffered a miscarriage.
The lawsuit also accuses Combs of making threatening remarks that instilled fear for her safety, monitoring her location and communications, and financially controlling her by discouraging her from working, instead providing her with an allowance.
Combs is currently in federal custody, facing criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, which he denies. This latest lawsuit adds to a series of allegations against him, including a previous lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, which was settled last November. Combs has maintained his innocence regarding all allegations.
