“This is a song that came out of this great brain and I feel like it tickles the nerve that we’ve not yet [done],” said Charlie Hall, a musician also involved in the project, about Travis’s new song. Jason Kelce echoed the excitement, adding, “I also just think when Travis hears it, he’s going to be very excited about it.”
This marks the second consecutive year that Travis Kelce has opened up his pipes to spread holiday cheer. In 2023, Travis joined his older brother Jason for a duet called “Fairytale of Philadelphia” for the second annual “A Philly Special Christmas Special,” a charity holiday album spearheaded by Jason, a retired Eagles center, along with some of his former teammates. The 2024 edition of “A Philly Special Christmas” album, which will be the third and final installment from Jason Kelce and his crew, is set for release next month. The first “A Philly Special Christmas” album, which was released in 2022, was a resounding success, raising $1.3 million for local charities.
