NFL legend Antonio Brown has already revealed Tom Brady’s feelings on former President Donald Trump ahead of the Nov. 5 Presidential election.
Ex-Pittsburgh Steelers star Brown, who was also Brady‘s teammate at the New England Patriots and the Super Bowl-winning Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, was a speaker at President Trump‘s rally in Pennsylvania this weekend, a state seen as one of the keys to the 78-year-old’s bid to return to the White House.
In his speech, a MAGA hat-wearing Brown expressed his love and gratitude for the former President, while also slamming Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. “And by the way Tampon Tim Walz, he isn’t a real football coach,” Brown said. “He could never guard me.”
Brown could also join Trump at the Steelers’ stadium on Monday night when Pittsburgh welcomes the New York Jets. The iconic wide receiver, 36, regularly talks about politics on his X social media platform, and he has also addressed the topic on podcasts.

Before joining Trump on stage this weekend, Brown did have a prior interaction with Trump, with Tom Brady also involved. “I talked to him on the phone with Brady one time,” Brown said during a recent appearance on Jason Whitlock’s “Fearless” podcast earlier this year.
Whitlock then asked the former NFL star if he believes Brady likes the former president. “Yeah definitely,” Brown responded.
Brady has previously addressed his relationship with Trump, claiming they are friends. However, he isn’t as frequent with his support of the former President, and he hasn’t commented on the upcoming election. “Donald is a good friend of mine,” Brady told WEEI in 2015.

“I have known him for a long time. I support all my friends. That is what I have to say. He’s a good friend of mine. He’s always been so supportive of me.”
Trump has also been a longtime friend of Patriots owner Robert Kraft, and legendary head coach, Bill Belichick. One of Trump’s MAGA hats reportedly found its way to Brady’s locker after it was given to owner Kraft. “He always gives me a call and different types of motivational speeches at different times,” Brady added. “So now that he’s running for president, he sent me a hat, and he gave it to R.K.K. [Patriots owner] a couple weeks ago. So it found its way to my locker.”
“I mean it’s pretty amazing what he’s been able to accomplish,” Brady continued, with their relationship dating back to 2002. “He obviously appeals to a lot of people, and he’s a hell of a lot of fun to play golf with.”
