Bryson DeChambeau has just offloaded his $2.8million luxury mansion in Dallas, Texas, with its buyer inheriting a spectacular property.
Since his professional debut in 2016, DeChambeau has carved out an impressive career for himself, boasting two U.S. Opens, nine PGA Tour victories, and two wins on the LIV circuit to date.
His remarkable tournament earnings and a reported net worth of $44million have allowed him to indulge in life’s luxuries. Until recently, the California-born golfer lived in a plush 5,500 square-foot residence in the posh Melshire Estates neighborhood of Texas.

Built in 2018 and purchased by DeChambeau that same year, the house is a contemporary open-plan space equipped with all the amenities a golf enthusiast could dream of. It features a spacious living area with a cozy fireplace, a sleek chef’s kitchen with a large prep island, and a primary bathroom with a standalone tub.
The estate comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with all the facilities needed to keep any ambitious golfer entertained. One room where DeChambeau likely spent countless hours is the golf simulator room.
DeChambeau’s home comes equipped with a massive projector screen, a special turf section for pitching, and ample storage space for clubs and balls. In his chat with HD Golf about his majestic abode during a tour, DeChambeau mentioned one drawback: the space isn’t quite enough for driving practice.

On the channel, he mentioned, “It’s kind of cool – not big enough for drivers so yes! I don’t get to practice drivers – that’s why I’m building a new house.”
Still, DeChambeau appreciates the space for honing his skills with irons where he sees fit. Beyond the personal training features, his former residence boasts a customized four-car garage turned gym and a recreational area featuring a pool table.
There’s more outdoors, including an all-season covered kitchen ideal for BBQs, a luxe pool and spa, and even an inviting firepit for chillier evenings.

DeChambeau put his house on the market back in April at $3.2 million. Although the final sale price is under wraps, the latest listing was pegged at $3 million When asked about the coveted property, Jessica Smotherman of Rogers Healy and Associates and a buddy of DeChambeau said simply, “We love that house.”
“We spent a lot of time in that house, and I know that he [DeChambeau] loves that house. He won his first major while living there. So we have a lot of really fond memories celebrating with family and friends and holidays and stuff in that house.”
