BREAKING NEWS: Pink Celebrates 19th Wedding Anniversary with Carey Hart – ‘Loved Me, Hated Me, and Loved Me Again’.giang

Pink is paying tribute to her and Carey Hart’s nearly two decades-long love story.

The Trustfall singer, 45, penned a sentimental tribute to her husband on Instagram in honor of  their 19-year wedding anniversary and reflected on the “chance” they both took on love in saying “I do” all those years ago.

The songstress shared a recent photo of the couple — who wore big smiles on their faces — as they appeared to be on a ski vacation together. They could be seen in an outdoor area surrounded by trees with lots of snow on the ground.

In the snap, Pink could be seen wearing a white snow jacket, black beanie with blue ski goggles on top of her head. Meanwhile, the American racer donned a black snow jacket, black beanie and orange ski goggles as he grinned happily alongside his wife.

“19 years ago on a beach in Costa Rica we both took a chance we weren’t sure we even believed in,” Pink wrote alongside the picture. “I’m so glad we did.”

“I’ve been with you longer than I haven’t,” she continued. “You’ve been my one constant. You have loved me, hated me, and loved me again. I love our story no matter what gets written. It is gritty and sweet.”

She concluded the post thanking Hart for “being by my side all these years” and shared one sweet last message: “I love you forever @hartluck.”

“19 years married today to this amazing woman @pink,” Hart wrote in his own tribute post alongside a photo of the pair hugging each other. “For over 20 years we’ve traveled the world, made a family, and created amazing memories & life together. Not bad for a couple kids who weren’t expected to amount to anything. You are like a fine wine, and I love you.”

The couple’s love story spans over two decades and has been full of several ups and downs. They began dating in 2001, not long after they first met at the Summer X Games in Philadelphia in 2001. In 2005, Hart eventually popped the question during a motocross race he was competing in and they wed in Costa Rica the following year.

It wasn’t complete smooth sailing for the pair who had brief separations in 2003 and 2008. However, they said they were able to make their relationship work thanks in part to couples’ therapy, which has helped them improve their communication with each other.

Pink also revealed last year on Instagram that the couple contemplated splitting up before their 18th wedding anniversary, but were able to make it out on the “other side.”

“When I met you, 22 years ago, I just wanted someone that wouldn’t lie to me. I didn’t have a clue about commitment, building a life together, intimacy, trust. It’s f—ing hard,” she wrote. “But man if I’m not humbled by the surprise of loyalty, history, forgiveness, and resilience. How love rearranges itself and reappears after an empty night or five. I’m proud we made it to the other side of this year.”

Hart shared a similar message in an Instagram post of his own, writing, ”… we have done so much together. Raise two amazing children, travel the world, go on adventures, love, argue, make up, support each other… There is no one else on this planet I’d rather do it with than you.”
