Chiefs star duo Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce’s homes in the Kansas City area were both burglarized within hours of one another last month, it’s been claimed.
According to Cass County Sheriff’s Office documents obtained by TMZ Sports, a break-in to Mahomes’ lavish estate in Belton, Missouri – which features a private pond, pool, par-3 golf hole and 50-yard football field – was reported to police at approximately midnight on October 6.
Several hours after officials were informed of the robbery, another burglary was said to have taken place at Kelce’s $6 million mansion in Leawood, Kansas on October 7. Later that day, the Chiefs faced off against the Saints on ‘Monday Night Football,’ with Kansas City defeating New Orleans 26-13.

Mirror U.S. Sports has contacted Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Kelce’s representatives, and Mahomes’ representatives for comment.
Among those in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium that evening was Kelce’s girlfriend, pop icon Taylor Swift. The tight end performed well in the presence of his No. 1 fan, reeling in nine receptions for 70 yards. Mahomes, meanwhile, finished the game completing 28-of-39 passes for 331 yards, no touchdowns and one interception.
The alleged robbery of Kelce’s home additionally came mere days after his 35th birthday. To celebrate the occasion, he hosted the second annual Kelce Car Jam charity event in Kansas City. All proceeds generated from the annual fundraiser and block party went to his 87 & Running Foundation, which looks to provide support for children in Kansas City and Cleveland.
Among the plethora of stars who attended the event was Mahomes and his wife, Brittany. Swift, however, was notably absent.

It remains to be seen what – if anything – was stolen from Mahomes and Kelce’s residences during the reported break-ins. Per TMZ Sports, police are still looking into the incident at the signal-caller’s home, while minimal details were provided about the burglary involving the latter.
TMZ Sports’ report speculated that the two robberies may have been tied to a larger crime spree that struck the Kansas City area at that time.
Back in 2020, Mahomes and Brittany purchased the 8-acre plot of land on which they built their sprawling home for a reported $400,000. The couple own four properties – one of which is on the market – including a 7,800-square-foot mansion in Westlake, Texas that they bought for 3.37 million in March of 2020.
As for Kelce, he acquired his $6 million Leawood estate last year around the same time that his relationship with Swift became public.
