Joy Taylor has returned to social media for the first time since she was named a defendant in a bombshell lawsuit.

Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for FOX Sports, filed a 42-page lawsuit alleging workplace misconduct, naming Taylor, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports executive Charlie Dixon and Skip Bayless as defendants. Faraji alleged that Taylor had slept with both Dixon and fellow presenter Emmanuel Acho to further her position within the company.

Since then, Acho, typically active on social media, has been noticeably quiet, posting only a handful of clips from ‘The Facility’ and other appearances. In that same vein, Taylor had been quiet on social media until her most recent post on her Instagram stories.

Wearing a vibrant violet sweater and purple pants, Taylor was joined by Paul Pierce, Keyshawn Johnson and Michael Irvin at COSM Los Angeles to experience the space. The embattled FOX Sports presenter also posted a video of her and her three co-hosts exploring COSM.

Additionally, Taylor’s post also coincided with her regularly scheduled appearance of ‘Speak’ on Monday. Taylor was joined by the aforementioned three co-hosts during the 5 PM ET timeslot though Acho was absent from the show.

For now, it appears as if Taylor and Acho are delicately traversing the situation, especially considering how intertwined the two are alleged to be, according to Faraji’s lawsuit. On page 11 of the lawsuit, the former FOX Sports hairdresser allegedly warned Taylor against sleeping with Acho and Dixon as it could backfire spectacularly.

“In approximately February 2020, Ms. Taylor asked Ms. Faraji to meet her for lunch in Beverly Hills,” a subsection labeled “Ms. Taylor again uses her sexuality to get on a show” noted. “When Mr. Faraji arrived, she found Ms. Taylor with a man, Emmanuel Acho (“Mr. Acho”). Ms. Faraji did not know Mr. Acho but could tell that the two were romantically involved.

“A few months after meeting Mr. Acho at the lunch, Ms. Faraji noticed him in the hallway while at work. Ms. Faraji later asked Ms. Taylor if Mr. Acho also worked at Fox. Ms. Taylor confirmed and explained that she wanted Mr. Acho to eventually recommend her on the show ‘Speak for Yourself.’

“Ms. Faraji became alarmed and warned Ms. Taylor that she should probably not sleep with Mr. Dixon and Mr. Acho at the same time, as Mr. Dixon is a very powerful man that may become very angry.” If Taylor were to get caught, she explained to Faraji how she had a plan in place.

“Ms. Taylor told her not to worry about it,” Faraji’s lawsuit alleged. “She explained that was also now powerful, and once Mr. Dixon was no longe useful to her, she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her. She would not allow herself to be forced out by Mr. Dixon like other women talent.”
