FOX Sports host Joy Taylor ‘wore provocative clothing’ during a dinner with Skip Bayless when pursuing a role on popular morning show ‘Undisputed’, according to a recent lawsuit.
The 42-page lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist at Fox Sports, alleged widespread workplace misconduct which contained allegations concerning Taylor and Bayless. Faraji alleged that Bayless offered her $1.5 million to engage in sexual relations, and that Taylor used sexual relationships to advance her career at Fox Sports.
Taylor and Bayless have not commented on the allegations and have been approached for comment.
Faraji claimed that shortly after Taylor joined FOX Sports in March 2016, the television host began a sexual relationship with executive vice president Charlie Dixon, despite them both being married. The court records obtained by Mirror U.S. Sports then state that Dixon pushed for Taylor to moderate the new ‘Undisputed’ show, hosted by Bayless and Shannon Sharpe.

As stated in the lawsuit: “Word spread amongt Fox’s employees about a new show that was going to be a ‘big deal’ as it would star Mr. Bayless and Shannon Sharpe (“Mr. Sharpe”). It was known that Fox was looking for a woman with significant TV experience to also star.”
Taylor was soon announced as the moderator for the show, which came as a surprise due to her limited time with the company and lack of experience. Faraji was Bayless’ stylist at Fox, and claimed that the TV host did not want Taylor on the show but was asked for a ‘favor’ by Dixon.
“Mr. Bayless later disclosed to Ms. Faraji that he did not want Ms. Taylor on the show, but Mr. Dixon was adamant that Ms. Taylor should star,” the lawsuit reads. “At first, Mr. Dixon arranged a dinner between Mr. Bayless and Ms. Taylor where she arrived in provocative clothing and acted in a provocative manner.

“When that did not change Mr. Bayless’s opinion of Ms. Taylor, Mr. Dixon asked him to approve of her as a favor to him. Reluctantly, Mr. Bayless agreed to do so as a favor to his friend.”
While Taylor landed the role on ‘Undisputed’, her marriage to Richard Giannotti ended in 2017. According to Faraji, Giannotti became suspicious that Taylor was having sexual relations with Dixon and later found evidence to support his allegations.
“Around August 2016, Ms. Faraji attended a dinner with Ms. Taylor and her husband and Mr. Dixon and his wife,” the lawsuit reads. “During the dinner, Ms. Taylor’s husband became suspicious that Ms. Taylor and Mr. Dixon were having a sexual relationship. Soon after the dinner, Ms. Taylor’s husband found evidence of the inappropriate relationship and divorced Ms. Taylor.”
FOX Sports said in a statement in light of the lawsuit: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation”.
