ESPN “Monday Night Football” viewers could hardly believe their eyes after Jason Kelce debuted a new look on live television.
Ahead of Monday’s double slate of games, Kelce broke down the Ravens–Buccaneers and Cardinals–Chargers matchups from the studio – but his commentary was hardly what people were focused on.
Instead, Kelce’s outfit was all anybody could talk about. The former NFL center – who’s donned several signature looks this season on “Monday Night Countdown” – sported a black dress coat with khaki pants and a matching tie.

Taking to social media, NFL fans were shocked to see Kelce wearing something other than a sweatshirt and sweatpants. “They got Jason Kelce wearing a suit on TV?! Idk why I’m so surprised. Lol,” one X user wrote, with another adding: “Jason Kelce wearing a suit is terrifying and i want it to stop.”
A third added: “Weird seeing Jason Kelce in an actual suit and tie.”
Others asserted that Kelce was pulling off the spiffy ensemble. “Jason Kelce is killing it in that navy suit. Someone styled him VERY well,” someone said. Another person wrote: “Finally the velour track suit is gone! Jason Kelce looking damn fine tonight on MNF!”

This isn’t the first time that Kelce’s outfits have been a topic of discussion. Last week, he arrived at MetLife Stadium for the Jets-Bills game dressed as Fred Flintstone – only to change into a blue suit and buffalo wing chain as kickoff fast approached.
Several weeks prior, Kelce wore a green velour tracksuit during his highly-anticipated return to Philadelphia. Discussing the look – which he and his brother, Travis Kelce, titled the “South Philly tuxedo” – the 36-year-old said on the ‘New Heights’ podcast: “Dude, you know when you dress up in a uniform, you feel like more official? I felt like more official in part.
“This velour jumpsuit, which by the way, velour, not very breathable, dancing around like that,” he added. “No. Nope. Full sweating.”
It didn’t take long for Kelce’s co-hosts to poke fun at his fashion choices. During his MNC debut last month, ESPN host Scott Van Pelt revealed that the longtime Philadelphia Eagle was donning a new shirt purchased at the mall.
“We are thrilled to welcome in a six-time All-NFL selection, a Super Bowl Champion, a future gold jacket wearer,” Van Pelt began. “And all that said, Jason Kelce is wearing a shirt he got from the mall because he left his travel bag in his truck.”
Unfortunately for Jason, it appeared as though the top may have been a size too small. “It fits my belly now I’ve lost a little bit of weight but my tits are still struggling,” he replied while trying to cover up a small area of his exposed chest.
The NSFW moment caught the attention of Travis, who joked on X: “Surprised he even bought a new one, and didn’t just go shirtless.”
