BREAKING NEWS: Jason Kelce Responds to Claims That NFL Fans Are Growing Tired of Him .giang

Jason Kelce had a witty comeback on Saturday night in response to claims that NFL fans might be growing tired of his frequent TV appearances. The retired Eagles star, who joined ESPN’s broadcast team this season, spotted a post on social media from Dov Kleiman, an anonymous NFL content aggregator, which read, “Many NFL fans are upset that they see ‘too much’ of Jason Kelce on TV. Do you agree?”

Instead of taking offense, Kelce embraced the comment with his characteristic humor. He replied, “Couldn’t agree more! How is it even possible to film that many commercials?” He added that his daughter, Wyatt, has already had her fill of him: “Wyatt sees enough of me; she doesn’t need more of Dad’s face or crappy jokes in 4K!” He finished his response with a shoutout to “Hank,” the CGI buffalo co-star from his recent Buffalo Wild Wings commercial.

Kelce has also appeared in ads for Wawa, cementing his presence in TV commercials as well as in sports commentary.

Since hanging up his cleats, Kelce has maintained a steady presence on TV, not only through commercials but as part of ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown crew. He even jumped into the broadcast booth alongside Troy Aikman and Joe Buck during Week 2 when the Eagles hosted the Falcons, bringing his candid style to the live commentary.

Rumors also suggest his TV time may be increasing. A report from Puck revealed that ESPN and Kelce are in discussions about him potentially hosting a late-night show, which would add yet another platform for his charismatic and humorous personality.

However, not everyone at ESPN has been thrilled with Kelce’s extensive airtime. In September, Chris “Mad Dog” Russo voiced his fatigue during an appearance on First Take. “You’re gonna get mad at me,” Russo began, “but I feel like we’ve seen plenty of Jason Kelce these last few weeks.”

His comment stirred up the panel, with former Colts offensive lineman Jeff Saturday playfully calling Russo a “hater.”

Meanwhile, Stephen A. Smith defended Kelce, calling him “a new star to the network” and adding, “I happen to like Jason a great deal.”

Kelce’s response to his supposed “overexposure” shows he’s unfazed and eager to keep entertaining fans.

The former Pro Bowler will be back on the screen this Monday night when he joins the ESPN crew in Pittsburgh for the Steelers-Giants game, proving he’s not stepping away from the spotlight anytime soon.
