Jake Gyllenhaal and girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu stepped out for a fashionable date night.
The couple walked together on the red carpet at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, Jan. 5, where Gyllenhaal, 44, was nominated for his work in the series Presumed Innocent.
The two rocked matching black-and-white outfits at the event. The actor opted for a classic black suit with a white button down shirt and a simple layered necklace. Meanwhile, the French model, 28, wore a sleeveless black blazer dress with a white lapel.
The couple were first linked in 2018 when they were spotted on walks together in New York City and Paris. They made their first joint red carpet appearance in September 2021 at the premiere of The Lost Daughter, a film directed by Gyllenhaal’s sister Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Gyllenhaal hinted at his possible future with Cadieu in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in June 2024 when he was asked when they plan to get married.
“I’m supposed to tell The Hollywood Reporter that? I’m not going to give you timing,” he joked. “I think we all get into that space of work, work, work, and for a long time my career took precedence, but I’m at a point in my life where I realize that family really is the only thing that matters to me.”
The actor received a nomination for best performance by a male actor in a drama television series for his role as Rusty Sabich in the Apple TV+ series based on Scott Turow’s 1987 novel. (The award ultimately went to Shōgun’s Hiroyuki Sanada.)
In June 2024, Gyllenhaal’s costar Kingston Rumi Southwick spoke to PEOPLE at the show’s Tribeca Film Festival premiere about how he surprised the cast and crew with some tasty treats during filming.
“Jake bought ice cream trucks to set and it was a really good family environment with the cast, with the crew, with the directors and everybody. It’s phenomenal,” the young star, who plays Gyllenhaal’s on-screen son Kyle Sabich in the drama, said.
