Since retiring from coaching, Bill Belichick, the legendary former head coach of the New England Patriots, has kept himself surprisingly busy. He regularly joins Peyton and Eli Manning on their popular ManningCast, makes weekly appearances on The Pat McAfee Show, and occasionally pops up on other programs to offer his insights into the NFL.
At 72, Belichick is also enjoying a more personal side of life, spending a lot of time with his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson. Recently, the couple embraced the fall season, visiting a sprawling six-acre corn maze, and Belichick even posed for Hudson’s cheerleading squad, bringing a playful side of himself that fans rarely saw during his coaching years.
With a successful coaching career that earned him six Super Bowl rings and over $200 million, Belichick could easily live in luxury.
However, his primary Massachusetts residence in Hingham is surprisingly modest. He purchased the home in 2006 for $1.4 million, and it’s now valued at about $2.2 million. At just 3,500 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, it’s small by celebrity standards but offers privacy in an exclusive community.

Belichick’s choice of home aligns with his reputation for simplicity and discipline. Known for his intense work ethic, he often joked about spending more nights at the Patriots’ facility than at home. That said, the coach has invested in other properties, particularly on Nantucket Island.
Since 1979, he’s acquired multiple homes on the island, totaling an estimated $10 million. His latest purchase, a $4.8 million residence in downtown Nantucket earlier this year, adds to his real estate portfolio there.
For a coach of Belichick’s stature, his primary residence may be modest, but his extensive Nantucket holdings showcase his preference for quiet, scenic retreats over grandeur.
While Belichick has moved on from coaching, his life remains a blend of public engagements, personal enjoyment, and a surprising amount of New England real estate.
