The FA Cup is set to deliver some thrilling encounters with MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon facing off in a highly anticipated first-round soccer game.
Meanwhile, Wrexham will make its way to Harrogate Town, while Birmingham City braces for a challenging game against Sutton United. In a Northamptonshire derby, Kettering Town will visit Northampton Town. Teams in the Premier League and Championship will enter the competition at the third round stage in January.
The underdogs of the competition, Hednesford Town, is looking at a replay against Gateshead this Tuesday, with hopes of advancing to a home game against either Gainsborough Trinity or Boston.

The draw was held at Bradford City’s ground, where Guiseley’s manager Mark Bower shared his team’s lucky streak: “We’ve had a tough run to get to this point. We played three teams above us in the league rankings to get here. We rode our luck a little bit but you need that in the FA Cup. Be great to play Bradford City but any of the big boys would be fantastic.”
His dream came true as the team was paired with Stevenage. Bradford City’s manager Graham Alexander expressed his ambition for an FA Cup journey, hosting the draw and stating his team could be a coveted opponent:
“It’s part of the attraction of the club for players and staff, we want to be part of that history. We’ve had a solid start, we’ve got a good group but the challenge is on,” he said to BBC Sport. “Winning games is great for anybody. A lot of clubs would like to draw us because we take 3,000 fans away from home. We’re looking forward to the draw it’s always an exciting time.”
