Congratulations are in order for two die-hard Eagles fans who celebrated their love for each other—and their favorite football team—by tying the knot during a tailgate party at Lincoln Financial Field. The unique wedding took place ahead of Philadelphia’s 20-16 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday and has since gone viral on social media.
The couple exchanged vows in front of a makeshift altar set up in the parking lot, complete with a white backdrop adorned with white and green flowers, perfectly matching the Eagles’ team colors. A sign on the altar read “Mr. and Mrs. Vasquez,” with an Eagles logo proudly displayed, adding a perfect touch of Philly pride to the special occasion.
Videos shared on social media showed the festive atmosphere, with one guest—dressed in an A.J. Brown Eagles jersey—tossing ice into the crowd as he walked down the aisle.
The bride, a brunette, wore a beautiful white dress with a veil, while the groom sported a Kelly Green suit jacket, paying homage to the Eagles’ iconic colors. Even the officiant joined in the theme, wearing a matching Kelly Green jacket as he led the couple through their vows.

While posing for a photo with fans, Kelce was stunned to witness a proposal right before his eyes. The “New Heights” podcast account, which Jason co-hosts with his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, shared the moment on social media with the caption, “Jason didn’t see this one coming.”
The Eagles may have won the game against the Browns, improving their record to 3-2, but for these fans, the real victories were found in love and lifelong commitments made in the heart of Eagles Nation.
