Bill Belichick and girlfriend Jordon Hudson were dating long before going public with their divisive relationship.

Earlier this week, the couple rang in 2025 in style at HMF restaurant at The Breakers Palm Beach. Taking to social media, Hudson shared a series of photos from the New Years celebration – including a telling snap of her and Belichick clinking champagne glasses.

“Cheers!!! To our third midnight’s kiss,” she captioned the post – seemingly indicating that the pair began dating in 2022. News of their prolonged romance comes as a bit of a surprise, considering the general public only learned that Hudson and Belichick were an item last June.

Addressing the fierce backlash that her relationship with Belichick has generated over the last couple of months, Hudson added: “Nothing changed for us in 2024 except for ‘public knowledge’: yet, somehow everything changed. 4th calendar year; Going strong. I can’t wait to take punches for you in 2025.

“Keep swinging, Keyboard Warriors. Your illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity.”

In a separate Instagram story, Hudson additionally posted a clip of Belichick holding a phone as Taylor Swift’s hit song ‘New Year’s Day’ played.

Hudson’s posts provide more insight into the exact timeline of her relationship with Belichick, who endured a drawn out breakup with longtime partner Linda Holliday for over a year. In September of 2023, People Magazine reported that the NFL legend and TV anchor called it quits following 16 years together, with insiders confirming that the pair had “been pretty separate for a while.”

“Bill is all about football and very busy now,” the sources added at the time. “He doesn’t want a lot of public attention on this.”

In recent months, Belichick and Hudson have made several appearances together in the public eye – most recently at the 72-year-old’s introductory press conference as the head football coach of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on December 12. Several days prior, the duo graced the red carpet together at the American Museum of Natural History Gala on December 5.

Belichick and Hudson have additionally been spotted enjoying one another’s company in Nantucket, as they were photographed taking a bike ride and visiting the Nantucket Christmas Stroll.

According to Page Six, Belichick is paying little attention to the critics who’ve clapped back at his romance with Hudson – with one source claiming he “couldn’t care less” about the 48-year age gap between the pair.

“Jordon is an old soul so she and Bill connect on a deep level,” the insider said last December. “Age is just a number to them. [They] don’t listen to the haters because their relationship is the real deal.”
