Though her rookie WNBA season with the Chicago Sky has wrapped, Angel Reese is still making major moves off the court. Reese has extended her partnership with Reebok in a multiyear endorsement deal that includes a highly anticipated signature shoe set for release in 2026, according to ESPN.

Reebok’s Head of Basketball, Jide Osifeso, expressed excitement over the expanded partnership: “Reebok and Angel are growing together every day, and our visions for the future are aligned. We’re excited to continue the relationship with a ground-up build of her signature silhouette.”

This collaboration puts Reese in exclusive company, as she joins only five other active WNBA players with signature shoe deals, including Caitlin Clark, Breanna Stewart, A’ja Wilson, Sabrina Ionescu, and Sydney Colson.

Beyond basketball, Reese has become a well-known advocate for change within the WNBA, often speaking out about player compensation. She has secured an impressive lineup of endorsements, including deals with Beats by Dr. Dre, Hershey’s Reese’s Pieces (a nod to her fan-given nickname), and Good American, the fashion brand co-founded by Khloe Kardashian.

Despite her successful brand partnerships, Reese recently shed light on the financial realities of being a WNBA player, revealing on Instagram Live that her league salary of $73,439 doesn’t come close to covering her living expenses.

“I just hope y’all know, the WNBA don’t pay my bills at all,” she candidly shared with followers. Reese, who reportedly pays $8,000 monthly rent, joked, “I’m living beyond my means!”

Her honest discussion highlights the gap between the WNBA’s salary structure and the high cost of living for athletes in major cities.

Reese’s entrepreneurial spirit has been evident since her college days, where she became one of the highest-earning NIL athletes, ranking alongside top earners like Bronny James and LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne.

Known for her authenticity, she hosts her own podcast, Unapologetically Angel, and actively engages with fans through branded content on Instagram and TikTok, making her one of the WNBA’s most marketable stars.

With a groundbreaking Reebok deal and signature shoe on the way, Reese is setting a new standard for athlete branding in the WNBA, blending athletic skill with business savvy to create a lasting impact both on and off the court
