NFL fans are about to get a new way to access all their favorite content in one place on X, the social media platform owned by Elon Musk. X and the National Football League have partnered to launch a new centralized portal, a one-stop shop for everything related to the NFL, a representative for X confirmed exclusively to The Post.
The new NFL portal on X will provide fans with a streamlined feed that aggregates content from multiple sources, including official NFL team accounts, rights partner accounts such as “SNF on NBC,” and reporters from major outlets like NFL Media and ESPN. This curated feed will allow fans to easily keep up with the latest news, analysis, and highlights without having to search across various accounts and sources.
In addition to the aggregated content feed, the portal also includes separate tabs dedicated to scores, standings, and statistics, making it easier for fans to get up-to-the-minute information on their favorite teams and players. This new feature is designed to create a more immersive experience for football fans, providing everything they need in one easy-to-use location.
Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X, expressed her excitement about the partnership in a statement to the NY Post: “I believe in partnering with the biggest and best. And it doesn’t get any bigger and better than the NFL. Today, football fans around the world will see the power of X and the NFL right on their screens. X is the world’s largest stadium, and we are delivering the ultimate fan experience.”
The collaboration with the NFL is a strategic move for X, as internal metrics indicate that 56 percent of users on the platform are NFL fans.

Football content is a major driver of engagement on X, with approximately 40 percent of all sports-related posts being about the NFL. Over the past year, NFL-related videos have generated an impressive 16 billion views on the platform.
The Super Bowl has consistently been the most-discussed event on X each year, and this past Super Bowl was no exception.
The event generated 19.2 million posts and garnered 1.1 billion video views, highlighting the strong connection between the NFL and the X community. By creating a centralized hub for NFL content, X aims to enhance the experience for fans and further solidify its role as the go-to platform for sports engagement.
Ian Trombetta, the NFL’s senior vice president of social and influencer marketing, also weighed in on the new partnership, emphasizing the importance of expanding the ways in which fans can interact with the league. “We’re constantly looking to increase the number of ways fans can engage with the NFL across all forms of media,” Trombetta said. “The newly-launched NFL Portal on X will provide an enhanced way to enjoy the gameday experience, allowing fans to keep up with all the action from across the league.”
The partnership between X and the NFL is a significant step in the evolution of how fans consume and interact with sports content. With the NFL being one of the most popular sports leagues globally and X being one of the largest social media platforms, the collaboration is poised to create a unique and engaging experience for millions of fans.
By bringing all the latest news, updates, scores, and highlights together in one place, X aims to become the ultimate digital destination for NFL fans, delivering a more convenient and interactive way to follow the league.
For fans, this means a more connected and immersive experience. Instead of navigating multiple platforms or accounts, they can now find everything they need in one comprehensive portal—whether it’s breaking news, game highlights, live scores, or expert analysis.
X is positioning itself as the premier online venue for the NFL, and the launch of this portal represents a key component of that strategy.
As the NFL season progresses, the newly-launched portal will be instrumental in shaping how fans stay engaged with the league, allowing them to follow every touchdown, every big play, and every storyline with ease.
The partnership is just the beginning, with both X and the NFL looking forward to expanding and enhancing the portal to provide an even better experience for fans in the future.
