Conor McGregor’s fiancee Dee Devlin is the mother of his children and a member of the UFC star’s team.
McGregor, who is currently on trial after being accused of rape in a Dublin hotel, and Devlin met at a Dublin nightclub back in 2008 when she was working behind the bar. The duo got together after messaging online for a bit, with their relationship beginning before the Irishman had become the biggest name in combat sports.
Devlin, who grew up in Walkinstown near McGregor’s hometown of Crumlin, Ireland, met him when he had recently quit his plumbing apprenticeship and decided to pursue his MMA career. She worked as a waitress and as a model before he received his UFC opportunity.

When Conor first entered the UFC, he revealed his main aim was to secure their financial future. He said: “I’m doing this to secure my family’s future and Dee’s future. One day, I want myself and Dee to be able to chill on a beach and not have any worry in the world.”
After capturing the interim featherweight title back in 2015, he paid homage to Devlin: “My girlfriend has been there since the start. She has helped me throughout this career. If it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today. My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing. I only had a dream that I was telling her.”
McGregor and Devlin are parents to four children. They welcomed their first child, Conor Jr., into the world in 2017 before daughter Croia arrived in 2019. Two years later, Rian was born before three became four when Mack was born in November 2023.

Along with being parents together, McGregor and Devlin are business associates. Devlin is a member of McGregor’s management and promotional teams, helping coordinate his schedule and appearances while assisting with his whiskey brand, Proper No. Twelve, which she regularly features on her Instagram account.
In 2015, she revealed all the ways she helped the 36-year-old prepare for a fight. She told ESPN: “I definitely try to help him out all the time, even without realizing it. Especially around a fight because it’s such a tough time with his weight. I cook, clean, pack his gym bag, all that kind of stuff.”
Devlin is also a social media star, with over two million followers – but her account is now set to private. She has approximately 50,000 followers on Twitter even though she hasn’t posted on the account since 2018.
After spending 12 years together, McGregor proposed to Devlin during the week of her 33rd birthday in August 2020. Although Devlin and McGregor haven’t shared an official wedding date, the planning for their nuptials is underway. And while there is not a wedding date yet despite being engaged for over four years, McGregor gave an update recently.
“My lady is my long-time lady. We are set to get married soon, we are just trying to find a location. I am ready to go, we are just trying to get a location,” McGregor said. “Is it at home? I’d like for it to be at home. We are deciding on a location.
Hopefully, we get the marriage done and that is what I’m looking forward to. These are the decisions we have. I go between do we want an extreme and extravagant. It will be extravagant and I will spare no cost for sure for my lady and my family but is it invite everyone or is it private, these are the things we are trying to figure out.
“We are private people, but we wouldn’t like to do it and think we should have done it a bit bigger. So we are in decision mode at moment, but let’s see, things are good. But that’s my lady all the way, the highs or lows before all of this.”
