However, Neymar has recently officially spoken out to clarify everything. Commenting on an article on a major football channel about the incident, Neymar completely denied it, saying: “You guys are crazy! Just this week, there have been three fake news stories. Neymar seemed fine at the time, but at the end of the second half, he suffered a relapse of the injury and was substituted. Speaking about the injury, Neymar said: “I felt the pain like a cramp, but much stronger. I will do the tests and hope it is nothing serious… This happens after a year, it is normal. The doctors warned me. That is why I need to be more careful and play less minutes.”
Neymar’s injury is quite complicated, which makes Al Hilal consider terminating his contract in January. This is a very difficult decision for Al-Hilal, they previously spent up to 90 million Euros to bring him back.
