Tom Brady reportedly learned about his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen’s pregnancy before the news reached the public. The 44-year-old Bündchen is expecting a child with her boyfriend and Jiu-Jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, with whom she’s been romantically linked since June 2023, several months after her high-profile split from Brady.
On Monday, sources confirmed the pregnancy, sharing that “Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” according to PEOPLE.
TMZ also reported that Bündchen wanted Brady and their two children, Benjamin and Vivian, to hear the news directly from her before it appeared in the media.
According to sources, Bündchen, who is around five to six months along, shared the update with Brady and their children in a private setting, aiming to keep the family informed and avoid the possibility of them finding out through headlines.
