When Kelce scored on a pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes in the second quarter, Swifties quickly connected the play to something the singer did just the night before.
While performing her song “Midnight Rain” at her Eras Tour concert in New Orleans on Saturday, Swift caught fans’ attention by raising her arms in a touchdown signal, prompting cheers from the crowd.
Fans saw this as more than coincidence, with one even predicting on social media that Kelce would score, writing, “Okay! Travis Kelce TOUCHDOWN tomorrow.” When Kelce delivered, many were quick to call the moment “Tayvoodoo,” a phrase coined to capture Swift’s perceived “magic” over the game.

Others chimed in, saying they “just knew it was going to happen today,” while another noted, “Can’t believe it’s his first of the year,” highlighting the anticipation surrounding Kelce’s performance.
Swift had subtly nodded to her football-star boyfriend on Friday night as well, playfully mimicking a football throw during her performance. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) had fun with the gesture, jokingly calling on Kelce to “CATCH THE BALL” and teasingly asking, “@tkelce, what sort of tiny football is she throwing? Please help her.”
As the Chiefs continue their strong season, having recently defeated the San Francisco 49ers 28-18, Swift has been there to support Kelce from afar, balancing her tour schedule.
