According to the Daily Mail, Hudson wants Belichick to look into potential coaching opportunities that could be available to him in the near future. However, there’s a twist—Belichick is also deeply invested in his relationship with Hudson, which he reportedly believes is heading toward marriage.
“There is still a drive to coach again and break the wins record,” the Daily Mail reported, “but his life now isn’t that bad as he has been enjoying doing TV and absolutely enjoying his relationship with Jordon. He wants to be with her all of the time, but she is encouraging him to explore coaching options because she knows that’s what makes him happy.”
Despite Hudson’s encouragement, Belichick appears to be at a crossroads. The report suggests that after taking time away from the game, the 71-year-old coach may find himself with even more enticing coaching offers if he decides to come back for the 2025 season.
