Rhea Ripley is one of WWE’s most pushed superstars in recent history, if not ever. Mami is constantly kept strong and rarely ever loses. She is nearly untouchable in the ring, as a result.
However, that doesn’t mean she is exempt from certain rules. Ripley recently confirmed one thing she is unable to get away with, following a post from a fan on Twitter/X.
User @sapphicscreams posted a meme, stating that “Grandma stays in the cage” until WWE allows Rhea Ripley to say c*** on television. While it can be deemed offensive, it is more commonly used as slang in Australia. You can view the uncensored tweet HERE.
The former Women’s World Champion responded to the meme with an image of a skeleton in a cage, indicating that “Grandma” will never leave. This is Rhea Ripley’s witty way of confirming she is not allowed to use the C-word on WWE television.
Check out Mami’s reply:
It remains to be seen if these restrictions will be lifted once WWE RAW moves to Netflix. However, speaking of people being stuck in cages, Ripley has a huge match coming up on Saturday.
She will challenge Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship at Bad Blood, with Dominik Mysterio locked in a shark cage above the ring.
Will Rhea Ripley dethrone Liv Morgan at WWE Bad Blood?
While there is a chance Ripley will regain her title, chances are Morgan has something up her sleeve. The Women’s World Champion has earned the reputation of being resourceful since turning heel, especially after how she joined The Judgment Day.
The shark cage stipulation might be a red herring, with Liv Morgan likely calling for backup beyond Dominik Mysterio. It remains to be seen who that backup is, as it wouldn’t be easy to keep Rhea Ripley down. The Judgment Day might even get a new member.
Raquel Rodriguez could potentially interfere at Bad Blood if she is cleared to return. She has a history with both Morgan and Ripley, which would make their storyline even more interesting.
