Taylor Swiftâs younger brother, Austin Swift, gave a disabled fan a floor seat at his sisterâs Eras Tour concert after the stadium didnât have great accessible seats.
On Tuesday, Isabel shared a lengthy thread on X about how she ended up with floor seats thanks to the âBraking for Whalesâ actor.
âto make a LONG story short(er): like most shows i go to, we didnât have ADA tickets, so we had to swap there,â she wrote.
âthe first ADA seats we were put in (in the 500s) were actually sold on ticketmaster to people who didnât need accessible seats, but got to keep them.â
Isabel said she and her friend were told to return to the 100 section to ask to be relocated. While waiting in line, she said they missed Gracie Adamsâ entire opening set and Swiftâs âlover eraâ only to be told there were no ADA seats left.
They were then given floor seats that Isabel said âdidnât exist.â
âwe then had several security guards involved and were finally given new, real floor seats (yay!!!)âŚthat were inaccessible (BOOOO) this went on for three eras in FOUR sections,â she added.
âby [âAll Too Well (10 Minute Version)â], we had been put in six areas, barely saw taylor, and STILL didnât have accessible seats,â the Swiftie claimed.
Isabel said security ordered her to return to the 100 seating section â once again â when Austin, 32, walked up to them âout of nowhereâ and asked if they needed help.
The fan said âhe listenedâ to their story and invited them into the VIP lounge with him.
âHe introduced us as his friends, set up our seats, offered us food and drinks, and checked that we were good like a million times,â Isabel recalled.
âwhen taylorâs security came to give us the VIP wristbands, they were kind enough to go get my mama and haley from the 500s to be with us.â
Though Isabel said she was âfrustrated with the stadium,â she was âblown awayâ by Austinâs âgenerosity and kindness.â
Isabel also shared photos of herself with her family and friends in the VIP lounge from the special moment.
Page Six has reached out to Taylorâs rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Austin has been saving the day for many Swifties while his sister, 34, has been onstage performing for the sold-out crowds.
On Saturday, the producer came to a fanâs defense after security tried to remove her from the âBad Bloodâ singerâs second Eras Tour concert in Indianapolis for wearing a Travis Kelce costume.
According to a TikTok video, the Swiftie, who was dressed in Kelceâs full football uniform, tried to get the Kansas City Chiefs starâs attention in the VIP area of the show after he made a surprise appearance.
Austin intervened when security attempted to kick the fan out because she was wearing a football helmet on her head.
âHey, letâs not put hands on people,â Austin told the guard.
The actor then addressed the fan, telling her, âIâm sorry about that. Itâs a really cool costume.â
Austin then gave the fan some guitar picks before telling her to enjoy the rest of the show.
