Dave Grohl and Jordyn have been married for over 20 years. Their marriage made headlines after Dave announced that he fathered another child outside his marriage to Jordyn. The two share three daughters together. He expressed a desire to rebuild the trust with his spouse, who is the mother to their three older children. Dave also revealed that he became a father to a baby girl, who he planned to “love and support.” It has yet been revealed who the mother is.
A source told PEOPLE that Jordyn has “had time to process everything.” They added: “She doesn’t want to make any hasty decisions, since it’s all affecting their girls. She’s still unhappy and not wearing her wedding ring, but things have calmed down. She’s leaning on friends.”
Like Jordyn, Dave has also been seen without his wedding ring. The Foo Fighters frontman was photographed on Saturday, November 2 in Los Angeles, California when getting into a black vehicle. He was wearing a casual outfit that consisted of a navy blue light puffer jacket and Nike basketball shorts with black New Balance sneakers. Dave’s hair was down as he wore glasses. Dave’s wedding ring was once again not on his finger and has been since the first time on October 2 during an outing in Encino, California.
Dave and Jordyn were seen publicly without their wedding rings on, with Jordyn ditching it on Sept. 17. She was seen in an outing with her tennis coach, Christopher Crabb, and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz.
The infidelity news caused Dave to lawyer up as they prepared for a possible divorce. A source told PEOPLE that Dave ditched the lawyer “hoping to work things out with his wife. They went on to emphasize that Dave “loves his family.” The source added: “Dave’s been prioritizing his family. He knows he messed up.
